EXPERIENCED AUTO TECHNICIANS (A-TECHS, B-TECHS, AND C-TECHS)


Daily Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on new and used vehicles

  • Conduct routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake service, fluid checks, alignments, etc.)

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and computer-related issues using manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment

  • Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new vehicles

  • Recondition used vehicles to dealership standards

  • Accurately document repair orders, parts used, labor time, and findings

  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding recommended repairs and timelines

  • Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership service procedures

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Adhere to all safety standards and OSHA regulations

  • Meet productivity and efficiency goals set by management

  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with automotive technology


Ideal Candidate

  • Has strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient with scan tools and modern automotive technology

  • Able to work on both domestic and import vehicles

  • Experienced with warranty repairs and manufacturer standards is a plus

  • Able to complete repairs accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

SERVICE ADVISOR


Daily Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and by phone

  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs on repair orders

  • Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to maximize efficiency

  • Perform walk-around inspections and identify additional maintenance opportunities

  • Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services

  • Communicate recommended services clearly and confidently

  • Obtain customer authorization for work to be performed

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs

  • Monitor repair progress and provide customers with status updates

  • Review completed work and explain services performed at vehicle pickup

  • Process payments and ensure proper closing of repair orders

  • Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and urgency

  • Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards

  • Follow manufacturer warranty policies and dealership procedures

  • Assist with warranty claims and documentation when necessary

  • Maintain organized records and adhere to dealership compliance standards


Ideal Candidate

  • Strong customer service and sales abilities

  • Working knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance schedules

  • Ability to upsell recommended maintenance ethically and effectively

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc. preferred)

  • Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales goals

SALES PROFESSIONALS


Daily Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to leads through

  • Communicate with customers in person, via phone, and via text

  • Guide buyers through vehicle information, pricing, and availability

  • Set appointments or send digital paperwork

  • Coordinate with the team when needed

  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities


Ideal Candidate

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

  • Strong communication skills

  • Sales, customer service, or automotive experience is a PLUS

  • Tech savvy - able to manage digital leads

  • Available for full-time hours
